Due to the size, weight, and handling requirements of our products, shipping costs are estimated at checkout and finalized after your order is placed.

How Shipping Works

    When you complete checkout, your payment method is authorized but not charged.
  2. Shipping Review & Quote
    Our team reviews your order details, delivery location, and handling requirements, then obtains the final shipping cost from the carrier.
  3. Shipping Confirmation
    A representative will contact you to confirm the final shipping cost and delivery details.
    • You may approve the final shipping amount and proceed with payment, or
    • Cancel the order at no charge before payment is captured.
  4. Payment & Delivery
    Once shipping is approved, payment is captured and the order is scheduled for shipment.

Shipping Estimates at Checkout

Any shipping charges shown during checkout are estimates only and may change based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • How the order must be packaged and secured for transport
  • Residential vs. commercial delivery
  • Liftgate or special handling requirements
  • Delivery region and carrier availability

Final shipping costs are always confirmed before payment is captured.

Freight & Slab Shipments

  • Large-format materials typically ship via LTL freight.
  • Freight carriers will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment once the shipment is arranged.
  • Certain orders may require specialized delivery methods, which must be confirmed prior to shipment.

Delivery timelines vary by location and carrier, but most freight shipments are delivered within approximately 7 business days after shipment is scheduled.

Standard Parcel Shipping

Standard parcel shipping may be available for smaller items shipped within the continental United States.
