Refund policy

Returns
Imperial Tile has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the original purchase date to return your products in order to be eligible to receive a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same new condition that you received them in, unused and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt from your purchase and a valid ID.

All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

To start a return, you can email us at orders@shopimperialtile.com Please attach your documents of the purchase receipt and a valid ID.  If your return request is validated and accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to ship your package back to us. Please note that items sent back to us without an accepted return request will not receive any refund.

Damages and Issues
Please fully inspect your order after receiving it and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will work with you to solve any issues with your purchased products. You need to take pictures of the tile or material in the box please. If its damaged the manufacturer will require pictures of the material in its box.

Refunds
As soon as your return request is accepted and you receive your return shipping label, you may ship your products back to us.  We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return items. If your return and refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember to allow extra time for your bank to process your approved refund. If your returned products are not approved for a refund, you will be notified and are responsible for full payment of your original purchase. If you would like to cancel the return and have your products re-shipped again, you will be responsible for paying the appropriate shipping rates for the re-shipment.
